These terms apply to your use of sixcube.in and to services provided by Six Cube Technologies ("we", "us"). Specific projects are also governed by the proposal, quotation or agreement we share with you; if there's a conflict, that document takes priority.

Using this website

The content on this website is for general information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but don't guarantee that it is complete or error-free. You may not copy, reproduce or misuse the website's content or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Quotes and packages

• Package prices shown on this website exclude GST and other applicable taxes.
• Package contents describe what is typically included; the final scope is confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Third-party costs — such as advertising spend, domain renewals, paid plugins, app store fees and software licences — are separate unless stated.
• Prices may change. The price that applies is the one in your accepted quotation.

Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, work begins after the upfront payment stated in your quotation. Remaining payments are due at the milestones agreed. We may pause work if invoices are overdue.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access in good time. Delays in these may affect timelines. You confirm you have the right to use any material you give us.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, including designs and source code, except for third-party components (such as open-source libraries, themes, fonts or plugins), which remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Results

Search rankings, advertising performance and social media results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and competition. We don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
